Support Engineer
1st Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Office-based | Lancashire Salary: £30,000 + Career Development Hours: Monday–Friday
Looking to build your IT career in a fast-growing business where no two days are the same?
We're working with an ambitious digital commerce business that's expanding rapidly, creating an opportunity for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join their internal IT team. Supporting around 250 users across both office and warehouse environments, you'll be the first point of contact for IT support, helping keep the business running while gaining exposure to a broad range of technologies and projects.
What you'll be doing
- Providing 1st line support via phone, email, in person and Jira
- Troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365 and hardware issues
- Supporting users across multiple business locations
- Setting up laptops, desktops and user accounts
- Escalating more complex technical issues where required
- Assisting with hardware deployments and IT projects
- Delivering excellent customer service to colleagues across the business

You don't need experience with every technology listed, we're looking for someone with solid 1st Line IT Support experience, a proactive attitude and a genuine passion for technology.
