Support Line Coordinator
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2027
Hours: Part time (0.4 FTE), 14 hours per week (days to be agreed)
Location: Milton Keynes, MK6 The employer offers hybrid working with the expectation of three days per week in the office.
Salary: £36,090 per annum, pro rata (£14,436 per annum for 14 hours per week)

About The Role
The Support Line Coordinator is responsible for:
- Delivering, maintaining and expanding the organisation’s Support Line service
- Updating and developing new factsheets and service user education materials when required
- Supporting the case workers/advocates with CHC and social care enquiries

As a key link between SCI (spinal cord injury) individuals, the employer and partner services, the role involves:
- Referring SCI people and their families to the organisation’s clinical/health expert support teams, support network, and advocacy services
- Supporting fundraising, campaigns and communications
- Ensuring callers to the Support Line are provided with:
- Up-to-date, specialist information
- In-depth support where required
The Support Line Coordinator is often the first point of contact, so they will ensure all callers are linked in with the organisation’s network of support. Additional responsibilities include:
- Using data and case studies to identify emerging trends and issues faced by those they support
