Support Manager – 1 year contract, Leading provider of Publisher Websites
Location: London/hybrid
Salary: £30,000-£34,000
Employment: 1 year contract
Our client, a leading provider of website & eCommerce solutions for the publishing industry, is recruiting for a Support Manager, 1 year fixed term contract.
The role involves overseeing customer support enquiries through Jira and Zendesk, whilst working in a fast-paced team environment.
Duties Of The Role Include
- Managing and prioritising support tickets, with customer support & satisfaction key.
- Maintaining and updating retainer reports using Google spreadsheets or Excel.
- Communicating with customers on a semi-technical level to ensure clear understanding & problem resolution.
- Delivering training on products and upselling where applicable.
- Managing and testing updates from platforms such as Shopify.

Skills Required
- Experience with Google spreadsheets or Excel
- Experience in a customer-facing support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Experience of working with software tools
