About the role We are looking for a Support Officer Field to join the growing team on a casual basis. In this role you will provide hands-on support to the install teams while assisting with day-to-day operations in the field. You will work closely with the team to ensure equipment, irrigation systems and general farm infrastructure are maintained, installed and operating efficiently. Responsibilities Work flexibly across the rural irrigation sector, supporting a range of field projects. Perform in-field excavation and install irrigation pipe systems, pump systems, and automation controls. Carry out repairs and maintenance of bore pumps to ensure reliable operation. Be prepared to work remotely throughout Queensland as needed. Demonstrate a positive, flexible, and proactive “can-do” attitude in all tasks. Hold a valid truck licence. Previous irrigation knowledge or experience is highly advantageous. About you This role would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors, is practical and reliable, and is willing to support the away teams where needed. There is potential for the role to become full-time for the right candidate.
