Support Officer (Voids)

We are looking for an organised and customer focused Support Officer to join our Voids Team and play a key role in helping empty properties be returned to use as quickly as possible. This role provides essential administrative and coordination support across the voids process, working closely with surveyors, contractors, Housing Management and Lettings teams to help ensure properties are repaired, inspected and ready for new tenants.

If you are highly organised, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service, we would like to hear from you.

You will work with a wide range of stakeholders including residents, contractors, surveyors and housing colleagues, ensuring information is accurate, actions are tracked and enquiries are dealt with professionally and efficiently.

This role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Voids Team
  • Coordinate appointments, inspections and follow-up actions
  • Act as a key point of contact for residents, contractors and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, spreadsheets and property information
  • Track progress of void properties and monitor outstanding actions
  • Support the production of performance information and reports
  • Process documentation, certificates, photographs and inspection records
  • Respond to enquiries and provide updates on void related activity
  • Work collaboratively with surveyors, contractors, Housing Management and Lettings teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
