We have various part-time contracts available ranging from 16-30 hours per week.
You don't need a background in social care to join us. We recruit people for their values, attitude and passion for making a difference.
We'll provide all the training and support you'll need, we'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7), PVG costs and annual SSSC registration fees.
Every day is different. As a Support Practitioner, you'll support people with a range of needs to live independently and enjoy the life they choose.
You Could Be
- Supporting with cooking and meal planning
- Helping with household tasks and managing finances
- Attending appointments
- Supporting with medication and personal care
- Encouraging independence and building confidence
But it's not all about practical support. You'll also spend time doing the things that matter most to the people you support.
Whether that's exploring new places, going for walks, listening to music, getting creative with arts and crafts or taking part in activities in the local community, you'll help to create meaningful experiences.

You'll Need

We know flexibility is important, so we aim to create shift patterns that support a healthy work/life balance.
Our support is delivered between 0900 and 2100 hours, seven days a week, with weekends and public holidays worked on a fair rotational basis.
Occasionally, a morning shift may start earlier, or an evening shift may finish later to support planned activities, but you'll always have plenty of notice.

If you’re successful in joining our team, you will be expected to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and must be willing to work towards a SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare as required for your SSSC registration.
We will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
Please note - If you have spent more than 12 months out with the UK (excluding France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.
