We're recruiting full-time, part-time and relief Support Practitioners for our brand new team in Glasgow.

This isn't just about providing support, it's about helping two brothers who both have an Autism diagnosis to live the life they choose.
You'll support them in their shared home, helping with everyday life while building genuine connections based on trust, respect and fun. From watching their favourite TV shows and getting involved in video games to sharing a laugh over practical jokes, you'll embrace the things they love while encouraging new experiences and opportunities.
The brothers are looking for people who are patient, resilient, reliable and open-minded; people who will take the time to get to know them, respect their home and become a positive part of their lives.

What We'll Need From You
It would be great if you do have professional or personal experience in care, but it's not a deal breaker. We're more interested in what you will bring to our team.

We'll pay you for your training, fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) and cover your PVG costs and yearly SSSC registration too.
The individuals we support do have barriers to their communication, so it's essential that you bring an excellent grasp of the English language, along with:
- Good, clear communication skills (both verbal and written)
- A caring attitude and approach
- Respect for boundaries
- A positive approach to learning
- An understanding of the importance of routines and following guidelines
- Confidence in the use of computers
Shift Patterns
As we're dedicated to providing the best support that is tailored to the needs of each individual, these opportunities will involve working early mornings, days and evenings. Waking nights, weekends and public holidays would also form part of your rota on a rotational basis.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview on 19th or 20th August 2026.
Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy. If you're successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
Please note - If you have spent more than 12 months out with the UK (excluding France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.
