The Opportunity
We’re seeking passionate part-time (20–39 hours per week) employees to join our teams in Bishopbriggs on a permanent basis.
The Teams & Support You’ll Provide

Supporting 3 Creative & Engaging Individuals
- Enable participation in fun activities, local community events, and hobbies.
- Encourage potential growth through tailored support.
- Shared interests include music, James Bond films, and coffee outings.

Supporting 4 Individuals with Complex Needs
- Work closely with individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and various support requirements.
- Help explore new experiences like trips, holidays, socialising, cooking, and meeting friends.
- Focus on empowerment and living life to the fullest.
About You
Cornerstone doesn’t prioritise qualifications or experience—we value what you bring as a person!
You’ll be trained on the job and funded through the entire process, including:
- SVQ (SCQF Level 6/7) support (covering Health & Social Care training).
- Payment of your SSSC registration fees.
Essential Traits and Skills

Shift Patterns
⚡ Flexible & tailored around the individuals’ needs:
- Early mornings, mid-days, and evening shifts.
- Rotating weekends, sleepovers, and public holidays.
- For sleepovers, additional payment is provided above your contract hours.

Successfully employed, you’ll need to:
