Support Practitioner

Relief Support Worker – Banff

Are you on the lookout for a rewarding, flexible new job? Our relief team in Banff is expanding! We're seeking caring and reliable individuals to join us and ensure fantastic care is maintained during annual leave, training, and colleague absences.

This role will support a gentleman who is autistic and has mobility challenges, helping him with all aspects of daily living, including:

  • appointments & errands
  • personal care & independently living support
  • shopping & meal preparation
  • household tasks
  • medication management
  • engaging in hobbies (walks, coffee mornings, Snoezelen, and community events)

About This Team & Role

You’ll become part of a warm, welcoming, and friendly team where no two days are the same. You’re not expected to have formal qualifications upfront—we’ll train you, pay for your SVQ (Social Care/Healthcare qualification), and offer all the practical skills needed.

Shift Patterns

To provide the best care possible, shifts are currently:

  • 09:00–15:30 hrs (standard daily shift)
  • Overnight shift (09:00 next day – includes a sleepover)
