Support Services Administrator – Facilities Management (Salford)

We’re recruiting a Support Services Administrator to join our Facilities Management team based in our offices in Salford. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Making Possible
As a Support Services Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in our operations, including:
- Updating our CAFM & Client Operating System, ensuring all specific work orders are actioned
- Attaching all relevant documentation to specific work tasks
- Proactively managing client maintenance services in advance with our nominated contractors
- Arranging contractor service visits and coordinating with our clients
- Producing client site logbooks and all other associated activity
- Supporting other members of the help desk team as and when required

What do you bring to the role?
Our ideal candidates will have:
- Must be IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior knowledge of Concept Evolution would be advantageous but is not essential
- The ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently on your own initiative
- Customer service experience or a similar operational environment
