Overview

Element has an opportunity for a full-time Administrator to join our growing team working for our FIRA brand in Stevenage.

FIIRA International conduct testing which simulates real-life use and foreseeable misuse for all types of furniture and related products.

Responsibilities

  • Administration duties including formatting, scanning, filing, and emailing documents
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Coordination support to help manage the site facilities
  • Ordering various consumables
  • Customer service and Receptionist related duties
  • Support to help manage the company’s commercial activity

Skills / Qualifications

  • Highly motivated and dedicated self-starter who can work well within a team
  • Knowledge of administration/office procedures and practices
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent IT skills on Microsoft Outlook / Word / Excel
  • Strong coordination, organization, and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Can work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm - 35 hours paying £13.45 per hour.
