About The Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll be the backbone of our team, providing vital support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and behaviours that challenge. Working in our cozy 4-bedroom residential house and 10 individual bungalows, you’ll offer 1:1 support, assist with personal care needs, and help our service users thrive in their community.

  • Be a Rock of Stability: Help our service users feel safe, secure, and supported in their daily routines.
  • Communication is Key: Whether through words or gestures, you’ll help our service users express their needs, desires, and connect with others.
  • Champion Inclusion: Show the world the incredible potential of our service users. You’ll help them be seen, understood, and valued in their community.
  • Understand & Support: Your experience will help you get to the root of challenging behaviours, enabling you to provide compassionate and effective support.
