📍 Basingstoke, UK | Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
Utelogy provides enterprise software for managing, monitoring, and analysing workplace technology environments. We’re looking for a Support Technician to join our growing EMEA operations team, supporting some of the world's leading organisations as they enhance their modern workplace technology estates.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer support requests
- Troubleshooting issues across AV, IT, and Unified Communications environments
- Supporting the coordination of driver development requests from intake through release
- Working directly with customers to facilitate testing, approvals, and user acceptance
- Collaborating with internal engineering, support, and customer success teams
- Helping improve processes and service delivery standards

What We're Looking For
- Degree in IT, Computing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across IT, AV, and UC technologies
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- A proactive and innovative mindset and desire to learn
