This is an opportunity you don’t want to miss. We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Time & Recovery Navigator to join our Reconnect team in West Yorkshire.

Key Details

Hours

Monday–Friday: between 8am–6pm

Salary

Full-time role – £29,263–£33,510 per annum

Location

West Yorkshire (travel required across the region)

Responsibilities

As a Support Time & Recovery Navigator, you will:

  • Collaborate with an extended team delivering the Reconnect service, operating under core principles such as:
    • Liaising with police, probation, courts, legal services (inpatient and community health and social care)
    • Engaging children and adults, including those from hard-to-reach communities, to navigate the Criminal Justice System
  • Provide practical support to individuals, including:
    • Maintaining a personalised support programme
    • Working with families
    • Advocating and enabling access to agencies (e.g., probation, clinics, courts, mental health services, hospitals)

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Criteria:

  • Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and/or Social Care (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Experience working directly with service users (face-to-face support)
  • Experience across a variety of health needs
  • Recognition of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working complexities
  • A non-judgmental and compassionate approach critical to role success.
