Support Worker
Support Worker – Permanent, Part-Time

Salary: £13.45 per hour (£26,300 per annum, pro rata) Hours: 22.5 hrs per week (flexible rotation) Location: Britannia House, Bury St Edmunds Type: Permanent, part-time

About You
You’ll bring: ✔ A passion for enabling others to live their best lives ✔ Experience in caring for others, either professionally or through personal anecdotes ✔ Confidence in working independently – thinking critically and staying calm under pressure ✔ An adaptive mindset – recognising each customer’s uniqueness and tailoring support flexibly ✔ A Level 2 Diploma in Care (or equivalent experience, or willingness to study towards it)
