Support Worker – Full/Part-Time
Location & Pay
- £12.85 per hour New Waltham, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire
Hours Available
Full-Time, Part-Time, including weekends and bank holidays
About the Role
Are you a kind, patient, and caring individual looking to make a positive impact within your career? Creative Support are looking for a Support Worker to join their friendly team in New Waltham, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire. This role will involve supporting adults with learning disabilities with their daily lives.
Every day brings new opportunities here! Our service members love social activities like ice skating and attending local disco events.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide excellent care and support to individuals with:
- Learning disabilities
- Challenging behaviour
- Non-verbal communication requirements
- Encourage service users to engage in a variety of social activities, both in their homes and external settings
- Build warm, trusting relationships with:
- Service users
- Their families
- Ensure service users enjoy their time to the fullest
- Administer and monitor prescribed medication as required

Requirements
- No previous care experience is essential, but passion and commitment are!
- Must be eligible to work within the UK
