Support Worker

About The Company

The Penhayes family is recruiting!

The work we do changes lives - could you join our team?

We support people to do the things we all normally take for granted, such as going for a walk, visiting the shops, and helping out at home too. Living with autism, learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and complex needs is tricky, but with our support, the people we support have discovered their own superpowers and begun to do the things they love to do!

Penhayes is a specialist residential home in Kenton, near Exeter supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and complex care needs. The people we support live across five individual flats, and we have a generous shared garden we love spending time in.

We work as a family in all we do, supporting people to thrive and live their best lives, just like any family would.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
