Support Worker – Home-Based Care Role Location: Woodbridge, Suffolk Employer: Leading UK healthcare provider
About the Role
An exceptional Support Worker role has opened, supporting residents in a home setting. You’ll join one of the UK’s top healthcare providers, specialising in:
- Residential care
- Respite care
- Dementia care
- Convalescence care
Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Play a vital role in a skilled team, fostering well-being and delivering high-quality care to residents.
- Assist daily, including:
- Personal care (hydration, hygiene, toileting)
- Companionship
- Organising outings and recreational activities
- Encourage independence while supporting vulnerable individuals' routines.
- Maintain accurate and timely record keeping.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Preferred Skills
- A caring attitude and desire to help others.
- Strong teamwork ability.
- Ability to work in a remote location (freedom to use own transport; provision possible).
Salary & Benefits
- Hourly rate: £13.45
- Annual pay: £25,178.40
- Working pattern:
- Permanent, full-time (36 hours/week)
- Day shifts
