Please note you need to have a full UK Driving Licence for this role.
This vacancy is for a Part Time position, working 18 hours per week.
IT IS NOT A SPONSORED ROLE as it does not meet the required salary threshold.

Key Responsibilities
- To provide high quality care to clients under the indirect supervision of Team manager within the community bridging service.
- To support clients with activities of daily living in a client’s home.
- Ensure high standards are maintained in a safe environment, which promotes equality and sensitivity for all individuals.
- To participate in continuous professional development and other team activities.
- Carry out a range of duties within agreed competency skill set e.g. meal prep.
- To ensure that all patients on the caseload are safe.

Apprenticeship Opportunity
This vacancy is linked with the opportunity for Apprenticeship (for those eligible for Apprenticeships). This will support you to gain relevant knowledge, skills and experience that will help you achieve your potential in this role. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a national recognised qualification while you are working and earning, which will support you in both this role and in your future career at Frimley Health. You will not be required to undertake an apprenticeship if you have previously completed a relevant apprenticeship, NVQ or similar Healthcare qualification.
