Position: Female Support Worker
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £26,853 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
We are looking for caring and enthusiastic Female Support Worker’s to join our friendly team at Fletcher Way in Hemel Hempstead, where we work with compassion, respect, and a strong focus on inclusion and empowering others.
The Role
You will provide one-to-one, person-centred support that helps individuals build independence and achieve their goals. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
- Delivering personal care sensitively and respectfully
- Assisting with medication and contributing to support plans
- Organising activities and encouraging community involvement
- Helping new team members through induction and mentoring

Shifts
Compressed full-day shifts (07:30-20:30) on a structured 4-week rotating rota.
About You
You are caring, reliable, and motivated, with a compassionate approach, treating others with respect, working collaboratively, and empowering people to live fulfilling lives.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.
- Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification
