Support Worker Horley, RH6
Transforming Support is seeking an experienced Support Worker to deliver compassionate and enabling support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health challenges, or neurodiverse conditions.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised support for daily living task such as cooking, cleaning, and financial management
- Facilitate access to community services, activities, and employment opportunities
- Foster positive relationships with individuals and their families/carers
- Help develop life skills and support individuals in achieving personal goals
- Ensure accurate medication administration and compliance with health/safety policies
- Advocate autonomy, dignity, and respect for every individual
- Uphold professionalism and respond effectively to emergencies or challenging situations

Requirements
Qualification & Sector Experience
- No minimum degree or diploma required, however professional qualifications or experience such as:
- Support Worker
- Care Assistant
- Personal Assistant
- Familiarity with safeguarding, autism/learning disabilities highly beneficial
Skills
- Compassionate, empowering, approach with a focus on promoting choice, independence and inclusion
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Ability to work flexibly and independently as well as within a team
- Valid UK driving licence (desirable, not essential)

Mandatory

- £28,028 per annum (£14/hour; paid weekly)
