Support Worker – Waking Nights

Salary: £12.71 per hour Working Hours: 30 per week Service: Affinity Supporting People South Limited (Morecambe)

The Role

Who You’ll Support

You will work with young adults who have complex needs. This is a role that offers both challenges and enormous rewards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships by actively listening, discussing, and working collaboratively to set goals and ambitions.
  • Assist with daily planning and practical tasks such as:
    • Cooking
    • Cleaning
    • Running errands
  • Provide personal care support, including:
    • Assisting with eating
    • Administering medication (where applicable)
  • Help plan and take part in enjoyable activities, including day trips or outings.
  • Empower individuals to become more independent by making a positive impact on their lives.
