The Role
Who You’ll Support
You will work with young adults who have complex needs. This is a role that offers both challenges and enormous rewards.
Your Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships by actively listening, discussing, and working collaboratively to set goals and ambitions.
- Assist with daily planning and practical tasks such as:
- Cooking
- Cleaning
- Running errands
- Provide personal care support, including:
- Assisting with eating
- Administering medication (where applicable)
- Help plan and take part in enjoyable activities, including day trips or outings.
- Empower individuals to become more independent by making a positive impact on their lives.
