Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for 3 individuals with varying different needs
Our Support Needs & Challenges
We require full assistance in our home some have mobility issues our needs are different some are verbal others are non verbal so you will need to spend time with us to see how we communicate with you. We have a support team who understand our needs and know how to support us.
What is important to us?
We all have different personalities and enjoy different things, but we also enjoy living together and we may go out on activities together. We enjoy going out in community for days out some like to go out for meals or meet family walks but at home we enjoy music and TV We require the staff team to be varied of personalities, but they all need to be caring and empathetic
Our Shifts: 8.00am till 8.00pm days, 8.00pm till 8am - Waking nights

Shift Requirement: Mixture of days/nights
Contract: 1x Full time positions at 36 hours
UK Driving License Required? Yes
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting 3 individuals to live their daily life in the way they want to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:
- Supporting with personal care
- Medication Administration
- Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
- Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support likes to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and try some new things

At Community Integrated Care, we know it takes someone special to work in social care and that doesn’t always mean having experience.
