About the Organisation
Fair View Lodge is seeking Support Workers to join their compassionate team. The organisation provides residential support for three adults—males and females—who are autistic or have a learning disability. Located in a pleasant residential area within walking distance of the town centre, Fair View Lodge is committed to helping residents build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Each person supported has diverse needs, and the team ensures their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social requirements are met.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you’ll contribute to a team dedicated to enhancing residents’ wellbeing and independence. Your responsibilities will include:
