The Role: Community-Based Support Worker
Key Responsibilities
Working under the guidance of a Service Leader and Support Worker team, you will support adults aged 18 and above, helping them achieve their personal goals. Our clients have varied needs, including:
- Emotional support and companionship
- Independence-enhancing assistance (e.g., daily tasks, mobility)
- Person-centred planning (tailored care approaches)
- Support with complex care needs and challenging behaviours
Shift Details
- Tuesday–Sunday (days): 8 AM – 8 PM
- Wednesday–Thursday (nights): 8 PM – 8 AM (waking duties)
- Contract: Full-time perm (1x 36-hour contract)

Care Support & Services We Provide
Supporting our diverse community means:
- Personal care & hygiene assistance
- Community access (outings, social engagement)
- Medication administration (as required)
- Home management (cooking, cleaning, shopping, budgeting)
