Core Responsibilities

Your role blends care, encouragement, and creativity—adapting to individual needs daily.

  • Person-centred support
    • Assist with personal care, medication, and daily routines
    • Partner with individuals to actively plan meaningful activities, trips, and community involvement
    • Champion independence, from daily tasks to long-term aspirations
