Core Responsibilities
Your role blends care, encouragement, and creativity—adapting to individual needs daily.
- Person-centred support
- Assist with personal care, medication, and daily routines
- Partner with individuals to actively plan meaningful activities, trips, and community involvement
- Champion independence, from daily tasks to long-term aspirations
