Support Worker

We are inspired by our values of Positive, Progressive, and Personal support and we are looking for Support Workers who believe in our vision to ensure that every person we support leads a happy, purposeful life.

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a:

  • Support Worker
  • Care Assistant (full training and support will be given)

Role Restrictions:

  • Bank Staff Shifts Only
  • Day Shifts Only

What You Will Be Doing

Using the training provided, assist those who we support by:

  • Helping with daily tasks.
  • Supporting in day-to-day life, including:
    • Social visits
    • Family visits
    • Days out to local attractions
  • Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person living in the home.
  • Working positively with:
    • Colleagues
    • Families
    • External organisations (to assist those living in the home)

  • A basic understanding of care (beneficial).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and takes safeguarding responsibilities seriously.
  • Effective decision-making and judgement.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills.
  • Achieves all Health & Safety standards.
