Support Worker

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a:
- Support Worker
- Care Assistant (full training and support will be given)
Role Restrictions:
- Bank Staff Shifts Only
- Day Shifts Only
What You Will Be Doing
Using the training provided, assist those who we support by:
- Helping with daily tasks.
- Supporting in day-to-day life, including:
- Social visits
- Family visits
- Days out to local attractions
- Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person living in the home.
- Working positively with:
- Colleagues
- Families
- External organisations (to assist those living in the home)

What We Would Like You To Have
- A basic understanding of care (beneficial).
- Strong communication skills.
- Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and takes safeguarding responsibilities seriously.
- Effective decision-making and judgement.
- Strong planning and organisation skills.
- Achieves all Health & Safety standards.
