Support Worker (Full-Time/Part-Time)
Salary: £12.85 per hour
Location: New Waltham, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire
About the Role
Are you a kind, patient, and caring individual looking to make a positive difference in your career? Creative Support is seeking an enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in Grimsby, Lincolnshire. You will play a key role in helping adults with learning disabilities and diverse communication needs thrive in their daily lives.
Our service encourages our service users to participate in a variety of activities, from ice skating to attending local discos, making each day unique and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent care and support to individuals who may have:
- Learning disabilities
- Complex behavioural needs
- Non-verbal communication requirements
- Encourage service users to engage in social and recreational activities both at home and beyond
- Build warm, trusting relationships with service users and their families to ensure a fulfilling experience
- Administer and monitor prescribed medication as necessary

** Requirements**
- No prior care experience is required; training will be provided
- Employees must be eligible to work in the UK
- Must be located in the UK
