About The Company

The Cwmbran family is recruiting!

We are looking for a Support Worker position 9 - 3 Monday to Friday, or a job share of two part-time positions again starting and finishing 9 – 3 (flexibility can be discussed at interview).

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a zest for life, who want to make a huge impact in someone’s life and who isn’t afraid to get stuck in to make the individuals we support happy. Here at Cwmbran Day Opportunities, we help support adults with a range of learning and physical disabilities who want to get the most out of their day with meaningful inclusive activities.

One individual we support is Michael who loves spending time at Cwmbran Day Opportunities. His confidence has grown, and he loves to get involved in singing and meeting his friends here. Building relationships and friendships is key to what we do here. This is important for our work, family as well as those we support. We’re looking for some new support workers who can join our team. We’ll help you settle in and support you as you get to know us all. This isn’t really a job, it’s more of a lifestyle where you get to spend your days helping others to enjoy theirs. If you can help us do that, please get in touch.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
