Support Worker
Position: Support Worker
Location: Sarisbury, SO31
Salary: £20,846.92 per annum (£13.33/hour)
Hours: 30 contracted hours per week (Mon-Sun, including weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Advance needs Support Workers in Sarisbury (SO31) to deliver personalised, high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, or mental health conditions. Our mission is to help them live the lives they choose.

You’ll be required to have a full UK driving licence as our customer uses their own vehicle for community access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene (when required)
- AdminISTERING medication (when required)
- Support with meal preparation and cooking
- AccompANYING customers to medical appointments
- Ensuring participation in social activities and hobbies
- Developing independent daily living skills
- Helping with domestic duties (cleaning, laundry)
- Maintaining accurate care records and updating care plans
- Keeping up-to-date with training and CPD policies

Essential Requirements:
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence (necessary for flexibility)
- Strong communication skills to connect with diverse adults
- Ability to write comprehensive care records with precision
- Capacity to work alternate weekends, shifts between 7AM and 10:30PM
- Adherence to procedures, risk assessments, and support plans
- Minimum Level 2 English (literacy and numeracy)
- Willingness and ability to complete the Care Certificate
