Brief Description

Support Worker - Mental Health

Location: Paisley Lodge Care Home - Hopton Mews, Armley, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS12 3UA

Salary: £14.02 - £14.85 per hour

Schedule/Hours: 33 hours per week, nights (3 nights per week)

Exciting times at Paisley Lodge! We're thrilled to be expanding our team with a brand-new opportunity for a Support Worker (Mental Health) to be part of our specialist mental health community. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional person-led care, and making a difference to the lives of the people you support, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of residents with complex and enduring mental health needs.

Pay Rates

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care: £13.52 /hour
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care: £14.35/hour

Are you passionate about supporting individuals with mental health needs to live empowered, fulfilling lives? If you hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care and have at least 6 months’ experience in a mental health care setting, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Specialist Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of this mission—helping individuals build confidence, maintain independence, and reconnect with their community.

  • Providing personal care with empathy and sensitivity
