Support Worker

Prime Life are seeking passionate and dedicated care professionals to join their friendly team as a Support Worker, available for both full-time and part-time roles. Several vacancies are currently open, with interviews scheduled as soon as possible.
About the Role
This position is based at Manor House Care Home in Alkborough, North Lincolnshire. This home is uniquely designed to meet the needs of 17 residents who live with a variety of learning disabilities and mental health conditions. A supportive and respectful approach, tailored to each resident’s individual requirements, is core to the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respectful, dignified support to all residents
- Encourage residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life that suits their needs
- Offer companionship, ensuring emotional and practical assistance
- Support residents in making decisions about their daily living arrangements
- Assist with daily activities, including:
- Personal care
- Recreational engagements
- Escorting residents outside the home
- Promoting independence in food preparation and mealtimes
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop individualised care and development plans

Qualifications & Commitment
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- A genuine passion for supportive, caring work
- A desire to create a lasting difference for the residents
- Tolerance, empathy, and respect for individuals with diverse needs (including learning and mental health disabilities)
While prior experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is desirable, it is not mandatory—training will be fully provided.
