About the Role

We are seeking calm, patient, and hardworking individuals with a friendly disposition to join our care team. You will be responsible for providing high-standard care to residents, ensuring their well-being and fostering a supportive presence.

Experience is preferred but not essential—our focus is on your ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioural support setting. What matters most is your maturity, teamwork, and commitment to growth as a skilled practitioner.

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to work within a positive behaviour support framework
  • Ready to take responsibility and handle stress with resilience

Responsibilities

You will undertake the responsible role of a Support Worker/Care Assistant, working alongside the person’s circle of support (including family) to ensure they lead a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life. Your duties include:

  • Helping individuals achieve their goals and aspirations through person-centred planning
  • Participating in meetings that co-produce unified, meaningful objectives
  • Developing essential skills in adult social care (a rewarding stepping stone for future opportunities)

Flexibility is a must—this role requires coverage of 24/7, including weekends. While we prioritise your availability, shift patterns may vary.
