Support Worker
Support Worker – Permanent Full-Time Role (Night Shifts)
About the Role
A fantastic new opportunity is available for a committed Support Worker at one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers. You’ll be joining a brand-new, state-of-the-art care home opening soon in Swaffham, Norfolk, offering residential, dementia, respite, and convalescence care in a warm, supportive, and tailored environment.
Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, your key duties will include:
- Playing an essential role in the team to promote residents' well-being while delivering the highest quality care
- Assisting with daily tasks, including:
- All forms of personal care (e.g., hygiene, mobility support, dressing)
- Companionship and outings
- Encouraging independence and well-being by supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
- Ensuring accurate and consistent record-keeping

Requirements & Preferred Experience
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- A genuine passion for caring for others
- Strong teamwork skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven experience in a care setting (preferred but not always mandatory)
Compensation & Benefits
This is a permanent full-time role (36 hours per week, night shifts).

- Salary: £13.45 per hour (£25,178.40 per annum)
