Job Introduction
We are Eden Futures, and we deliver exceptional support services for people aged 18 and over who have learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health, and associated complex needs.
We are recruiting passionate Support Workers to join our team across Supported Living services, supporting individuals in their own homes and within the community to live as independently as possible.

Pay & Benefits
- Hourly pay: £12.71 (a four-weekly equivalent of £27,758.64 based on a 42-hour week) (Actual pay will be prorated based on hours worked.)
Main Responsibilities
Support service users to live a full and active life, aligning with their individual support and care plans—co-developing them where applicable. Participate in all aspects of daily life, from planning activities to reviewing progress.
- Ensure safety and safeguarding by actively preventing abuse or neglect and protecting welfare.
- Provide emotional support while maintaining a person-centred approach.
- Facilitate community participation, from social activities to medication management and personal care.
- Assist with financial planning and daily tasks at home.
- Serve as an informal liaison with the wider support network (family, social workers, etc.).
- Document incidents, health, and wellbeing updates accurately and transparently.
- Comply with all Health & Safety regulations—ensuring your own safety and that of service users.
