Support Worker
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: 20 hours per week
Service: Highlea Care Limited
Location: Shildon
We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team at Highlea Care, Shildon.

The Support Worker Role
As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in the lives of those you support. You’ll help people build confidence, develop skills, and live fulfilling, independent lives. Every day is an opportunity to make a positive impact.
You Will
- Provide personal care and support with eating, medication, and routine
- Help plan and participate in fun activities, trips, and community events
- Encourage independence and celebrate every milestone
- Assist with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and errands
- Build positive, trusting relationships through listening and open communication
- Support individuals to plan and achieve their personal goals and ambition
