Support Worker
Support Worker (Home-based Care) – Beautiful New Forest
Have you previously worked with people with learning and physical disabilities? Are you looking for a new challenge?
Community Integrated Care is expanding, and we’re searching for passionate individuals to join our welcoming team and make a real difference to the lives of the people we support.
You’ll be working in our award-winning home in the stunning New Forest, where every day is full of warmth, innovation, and meaningful connections. About the Role
We provide personalised, person-centred support based on choice, dignity, and respect—guided by our mission: "Your Life, Your Choice" and strategy: "Best Lives, Bolder."
As part of our team, you could:
- Spend your entire shift with one person, ensuring deep connections and a true impact on their life.
- Participate in creative, fulfilling activities—from gardening to swimming sessions, photography clubs, and community outings (including daily swimming at the pool!).
- Take advantage of our well-equipped minibus for local adventures.
