Ideally, you have experience in care, though essential qualifications aren’t always a prerequisite—long-term people-focused enthusiasm will take you far. The ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard and support individuals in a behavioural support setting is key.
The Role
You’ll work within a positive behaviour support framework, showing maturity, professionalism, and the ability to:
- Follow guidelines with consistency
- Handle stress and uphold teamwork
- Develop confidence as a practiced professional
- Respond to residents with empathy, patience, and reliability

Previous experience and relevant training are a plus, but essential for application. Instead, full training (including e-learning courses) is provided through our partner-accredited care academy.
Tomorrow’s shifts for our 24-hour, 7-day-a-week care team anticipate:
- Flexibility to cover day, night, sleep-in shifts, and on-call duties (including weekends).
- An ability to align work schedules within strong reciprocity between agency and your preferences.
