Support Worker Thera East Midlands – Ashbourne, Permanent Role
Join Thera East Midlands in Ashbourne as a Support Worker on a permanent basis. Full-time, part-time, or relief hours available, with a competitive salary of £13.10 per hour.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll join a diverse and inclusive team dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping individuals achieve personal goals and ambitions through personalised care plans
- Providing support in daily lives, such as:
- Developing new skills
- Emotional and practical support
- Assisting with housing management, leisure, employment, and travel
- Working in various settings, including clients' homes and the community
Our team is led by individuals with learning disabilities, and we champion a vision where people with disabilities are societal leaders. Using a person-centred approach, you’ll empower individuals to live the lives they choose.

No previous experience or formal qualifications are required. Free, Skills for Care-endorsed training will be provided.
