About the Role
We are seeking individuals who are eager to join our friendly care team. Your responsibilities will include providing high-standard care to help residents feel supported and valued. While experience is preferred, it’s not essential if you can demonstrate:
- An ability to show unconditional positive regard in a positive behaviour support setting
- The maturity to work within a positive behaviour support framework
- The ability to follow guidelines, handle stress, and grow in confidence

Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Provide 24/7 care with flexibility to cover night shifts, sleep-ins, and wakeful watches
- Collaborate in person-centred planning and support learning objectives
- Ensure the well-being of residents while adhering to safeguarding policies
- Assist in creating inspiring, achievable goals in partnership with families
Additional Requirements
- Ability to tailor support to individual needs
- Willingness to adapt shift availability (including weekends) while maintaining privacy and confidentiality
Requirements
Preferred but Not Essential
- Some experience or qualifications in care
- Familiarity with care industry standards
- Knowledge of positive behavioural support frameworks
