About the Role
We are inviting compassionate, committed individuals to join our team of Support Workers in our Supported Living settings. This is a rewarding and meaningful role, supporting adults with:
- Autism
- Learning disabilities
- Mental health needs
- Complex needs
- Behaviours that challenge
The role focuses on helping individuals live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives.
Your part will include assisting with everyday routines, building confidence, and creating opportunities for personal growth and enjoyment.

- Promote independence while ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
- Assist individuals with:
- Daily living activities
- Medication management
- Meal preparation and budgeting
- Personal care and household tasks
- Encourage social inclusion and community confidence.
- Monitor and promote physical and mental wellbeing.
- Follow person-centred support plans and promote personal goals.
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using training and experience.
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
- Maintain accurate records, including daily reports and incident forms.

Requirements
- Minimum one year’s experience in a support or care role.
- Confidence in working with individuals with complex needs or behaviours that challenge.
- Strong communication skills and emotional resilience.
- Passion and drive to make a difference.
- Team player with a proactive, person-centred approach.

Additional Legal Requirements
Must meet all of the following:
- Be 18 or over.

- English language skills at a good standard for:
