SIS Care have some exciting opportunities available for Support Workers to join our team in Runcorn. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.45 per hour.

The Support Worker Role
Our teams provide outstanding care and support, working with individuals to understand their needs and help them to achieve their goals and ambitions. The role of a support worker is extremely rewarding, but can also be challenging at times, so patience and compassion are key.
About The Service
Southbank is a 100+ year old hotel converted into a mix of 7 self-contained flats & 7 en-suite rooms in the centre of the old town area of Runcorn. Southbank supports clients with complex mental health needs; it is staffed 24 hours a day and has a sleepover covering the nights. Whilst challenging, there is lots of opportunity for the successful candidate to help improve people’s lives and build an excellent team around the service.

What We Are Looking For
- Level 2 health & social care qualification or willing to work towards this.
- People that are enthusiastic about making a difference.
- Self-motivated, empathetic, dynamic, and creative within the care sector.
- Experience of mental health needs and challenging behaviours, this can be work related or from life experiences.
