Support Worker
Male Support Worker – Norwich NR4
£12.95 per hour
Shift Patterns: Thursday & Friday – 8am-6pm
Hours: 20 Hours per week

Meet Our Client
Our client is living with Mental Health challenges - he is a friendly gentleman in his 40s who enjoys the comfort of home life with his family. He’s a huge Manchester United fan, loves getting lost in a good book, and never misses a gripping crime programme. When he’s not cheering on his team, he enjoys gaming and exploring new adventures online. He’s looking for a Support Worker who can join him in his hobbies, share a few laughs, and help make everyday life enjoyable and engaging.

About The Role
- Offer Motivation and Encouragement
- Assistance around home – General Housework and Cooking
- Admin & record-keeping
- Supporting social outings & activities & appointments
About You
- Comfortable to accompany client on outings and to appointments
- Eligibility to Work in the UK: You must be eligible to work in the UK. Home Care Direct does not offer sponsorship or work visas
- Reliability, flexibility, and a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Experience with Challenging Behaviours & Knowledge of epilepsy desirable
- A passion for making a real difference
