Support Worker
Salary: £12.71 per hour Joining Bonus: £500 Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Sunday) Service: Chosen Care – Yew Tree House
Due to the nature of the job role, a full UK driving license is required.

We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker at Chosen Care Yew Tree (part of National Care Group), which supports individuals (18+) with complex and enduring mental health needs in Gloucestershire.

Responsibilities
As a National Care Group Support Worker, you will:
- Work closely with young adults who have complex needs, providing support with respect and commitment.
- Build positive relationships by actively listening, collaborating on goals, and planning their ambitions.
- Assist with daily tasks, including cooking, cleaning, running errands, and other practical activities.
- Support with personal care, including meal preparation and medication administration.
- Plan and participate in enriching activities, such as day trips and recreational outings.
- Help individuals bilieve more independent, making a positive and meaningful difference to their lives.
Key Qualities
