£14.00 - £14.50/hr | Part Time - 16hrs per week | Flexibility Required - Must be able to work split shifts
Weekdays
9am-3pm & 8pm-10pm
Weekend
9am-12pm & 8pm-10pm

Meet Our Client
Our client is a gentleman in his 50s who lives at home with his wife and two children. We are looking for a proactive, motivated Support Worker with strong values and a genuine passion for helping others live life to the fullest. You will play an important role in supporting his independence, personal development, and overall wellbeing.
- Master of Laughter: Great sense of humour, loves cracking jokes, and keeping spirits high
- Entertainment Enthusiast: Music lover with an Alexa to control gadgets and playlists
- Adventurer: Holidays are a must! Cruises with family, trips to Centre Parcs, and theatre visits in London
- Social Dynamo: Always happy to chat, engage, and enjoy time with visitors

About The Role
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and engagement in daily activities
- Accompanying him to appointments and social outings
- Moving and handling using a hoist
- Supporting with catheter care and maintaining his hydrotherapy pool
- Assisting with personal care and meal preparation
- Administering medication
About You
- A full UK driving licence (must be 21+ for insurance purposes)
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential
- Must be comfortable working around dogs, with no allergies
- Reliability, flexibility, and a friendly, upbeat attitude
- A passion for making a real difference
