Support Worker

We are inspired by our values of Positive, Progressive, and Personal support and we’re looking for Support Workers or Care Assistants who believe in our vision to ensure that every person we support leads a happy, purposeful life.
We’re looking for caring people to join our fabulous team—full training and support will be provided.
Bank Staff Shifts Only
Day Shifts
What You Will Be Doing
- Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
- Be there to support in day-to-day life, such as:
- Social visits
- Family visits
- Days out to local attractions
- Ensure paperwork is up to date, capturing everything for each person who lives in the home
- Work positively with colleagues, families, and external organisations to support those living in the home

What We Would Like You to Have
- A basic understanding of care is beneficial
- Strong communication skills
- Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and treats safeguarding responsibilities seriously
- Effective decision-making and judgment
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Achieves all Health & Safety standards
