Who are Codi Group?
Codi is a not-for-profit with a big heart and an even bigger mission. As Wales’ largest provider of housing, care, and support, we’re here to help people live well, feel supported, and rise to their full potential.
Every day, our teams support nearly 17,000 individuals across Wales with services that make a real and uplifting difference to their everyday lives.
Our name says it all: ‘Codi’ means rise in Welsh. It reflects who we are, where we come from, and our ambition to lift expectations, lift communities, and lift each other.
About the role
This service is home to four amazing women with learning and physical disabilities, as well as early-onset dementia. In this role, you will work closely with these individuals, supporting them to maintain and develop their day-to-day independence. You’ll help enhance their individual skills, assist with daily activities, and provide consistent emotional support, ensuring they feel valued, empowered, and supported in a safe and nurturing environment.
The service promotes the importance of the “do with and not do for” approach and has had a very positive impact on these incredible individuals.
The individuals we support have different personalities with different likes and hobbies. By being part of this team, you would play an influential role in enabling the people we support to lead fulfilling and independent lives and see first-hand how you make a difference to them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
