Support Worker - Alfreton
Experienced Support Workers (DE55 – Alfreton)
₹ £13.12 per hour
Location: DE55, Alfreton Desirable: Makaton or BSL (full training provided) Preferred: Full UK driving license (though only one site means comms are manageable)

The Role
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Naturally personalised support – Build trust and rapport with the person you directly support in all daily activities. ✔ Daily consistency – A guaranteed, contracted schedule with the same person you assist – fostering stability and impact. ✔ Protective EHS compliance – Full training and PPE provided for safe, ethical work. ✔ Community connections – Local outdoor activities (e.g. day trips to Skegness, shops, park walks) and social enjoyment (music, themed café visits). ✔ Respectful empathy – Work alongside individuals with diverse needs, recognising “we are diverse; achievement comes from uniqueness”.
