Springfield Group provide supported living accommodation and support for young adults 18-65 who have learning disabilities and complex needs, including autism, ADHD, mental health, and behaviours that can be challenging.
Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to individuals in need, for those in our Supported living environments. This position requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personal care, medication administration, and behaviour management.
