The Role: Support Worker

We’re recruiting an energetic, compassionate Support Worker to provide one-to-one care for two men and two women (ages 20-59) in a home in Stonehaven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day support: Help to maximise independence while assisting with:
    • Activities & community engagement (e.g., clubs, shopping, gardening, social outings)
    • Personal care (as required)
    • Medication management
  • Hands-on care: Occasionally assist individuals to navigate their environment (if needed)
  • Choice-driven support: Empower the people you support to live their lives in the way they choose

Shift Patterns

Our team works 24/7, so we need flexible support across:

  • 08:00–15:00
  • 15:00–22:00
  • 22:00–10:30 (sleepovers) (Overnight placements are optional and not mandatory for this role)

We’re recruiting for relief (bank) positions, meaning you’ll cover shifts ad hoc, allowing you flexibility based on your availability.
